The only companion you get stats from 100% of the time is a summoned augment companion. It will give you 100% of its stats, so any runestones and equipment stats it has will go to you as well. If it has a defensive slot, which the stone of allure does, then an eldritch runestones will give you bonus stats on top of the 100%.
